PvP runs

OPEN PVP

(Check start times on discord)

This is open to anyone who has an AD aligned toon.

You can access Cyrodiil once you reach level 10. We recommend you do the starter quest prior to the run so we can share quests.

The overall goal is for some AP and reward farming, while trying to cover as much PVP/PV-DOOR that Cyrodiil has to offer in roughly two hours.

Some days, we may decide to take a jaunt through Imperial City to earn some telvar as well, if the Cyrodil campaigns have long queues

PVP INFO FOR BEGINNERS

If you have not delved into PVP before, here are some easy tips. (None of this is required to run, you can join on full PVE gear no sweat.)

  • Have Impenetrable traits on your armour, the critical resist helps you stay alive, and slotting the crit resist in the blue CP tree helps too. 2000 crit resistance is a good starting point.

  • Self heals and a self shield go a long way, even better if your heals also help the group

  • Having immovability potions (and the slippery passive too) to help counter the amount of CC's you will be hit with will help you bravely run away.

  • Having Minimum 28k health

USEFUL SEIGE TO CARRY (can buy with AP or Gold in Cryodiil)

  • Cyrodiil Repair Kits - repair doors, walls and equipment

  • Dominion Ballista

  • Firepot Trebuchets

QUESTS

Most quests are shareable.

Top quest (you can pick up one of the following

  • 3 x Keeps (group fav)

  • 9 x Resources (group fav)

  • 3 x Towns

  • 150 players to Kill

Capture Castle (can be any that is not AD)

Capture Resource (can be any)

Kill Enemy Players (can be any class but we try and keep the generic one to gain faster kills)

Scouting (can be any resource, not shareable)

Capture an Elder Scroll (can be any that we don't have)

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Knocking off a 9 resource quest

  • Taking keeps from EP & DC

  • Doing a couple named resource quests

  • Hitting a delve for a AP buff and a skyshard if you are missing it

  • Keeping an eye on the map and following the zerg to leech some keeps

  • Defending our keeps for a nice potential defence tick (or dying horribly to the zerg knocking on our door)

  • Getting steam rolled at times

  • Following the Hammer if it is a fun time, leaving it alone if it is not

  • Grabbing skyshards behind gates if they open and people need them

  • Relaxed, casual, atmosphere

WHAT WE AVOID

  • Sweaty groups, stalemates, and rock games, they are very time consuming for little reward, if a fight becomes a hassle we leave instead of pushing it.

  • Being upset about dying. Cyro is full of top tier players and groups who have their builds min maxed and can destroy casual groups. If we encounter folk like this - We fight, We die, We move on to something else. No sweat.

WHAT THE QUEEN EXPECTS FROM YOU

  • Loose stack on crown, the more we stick together, the harder we are to kill

  • Listen to the lead, Cyrodil plans can change at the drop of a hat due to the dynamic nature of PVP, half way to a keep we can divert and hit another, or resources instead ect.

  • Calling out to group that you want a skyshard close by.  This just makes it easier to keep track of everyone while on our sneaky enemy territory runs so no one misses out on resources flipping ect.
