Starting out

ESO is a very expansive game and at first it can seem very overwhelming.....

Two things we recommend you try to start doing as soon as possible are orse training and craft researching.

Train your Horse! At level 10 you get a free horse, you can train this once per day (take note of server reset time) at a stable to increase the following;

  • speed,

  • inventory slots

  • stamina

It normally takes 60 days to max these out each skill.

Research traits!  As you progress in learning crafting traits the time it takes to research increases.  It can take up to a full year to learn everything.  You may not want to craft but if you wish to change the trait on an item by tranmutation, you will need to know it.

More Info and links!
Below you may find some pages/links to help you.  As always you can ask questions in the guild discord.

Some links will open external sites.

Addons are extremly helpful.  They range from Autolooting to Minimaps to Sales Data from Guild Traders.  Depending on how you play the game there will be ones to help you, click the link to find out the guild's favourites and help on how to install.

There are many ways to build your character, solo play, group play, farming, achievement hunting, tanking, healing and more besides.  For some helpful hints and suggestions we have put together a page of recommendations by our guildies.

Crafting is a huge part of ESO and being able to create your own armour is helpful.  There are also daily quests for crafting and for those more advanced Master Writs,

Ahhhhh good ol' ESO slang, so many new players get confused and it is not surprising. Especially if you are new to MMO's.  This link is a list that was put up on reddit.  It is a few years old now but still well worth checking out.

Recommended order of zone quests for anybody who would like to follow the story as it has progressed from its release to Necrom Chapter,
