At the end of the crafting area head down the stairs to the main meadow. Located on the right as you enter the main section is the portal to Gardener House.
This house is located in Wayrest close to Rolis Hlaalu and Faustina Curio and is useful for handing in Master Writs, once you complete them in the Guild Hall.

Snugpod, Elden Root, Grantwood
Past the Gardener house portal there is a wood elf tend with the portal to Snugpod.
This property is small but is located in an excellent position.
Rolis is a short wald to the left as you exit the house, to the right the main Elden root enclave with Pledge Givers, Guild stores and a wayshrine.

This portal is located past the Elden Root and Coldharbour portals.
NOTE This is a 'free' inn room. Once you exit the inn, wayshine and guild stores in on the left. Bank in the centre of the city.

Easy Main Bank access
Once down the main stairs turn left and the second portal (the one without snow) will take you to the 'Fish Shop'.
On the opposite side of the building just to the right is a main bank. Suitable for accessing the Guild Store and viewing the Guild Bank

Coldharbour Surreal Estate (old guild hall)

If you wish to visit our (rather empty atm) old guild hall the third potal on the right will take you there. Located to the left of the Snugpod and Wayrest portal and before the beach.
This house is handy for the Luxury Vendor as well as a quick port to The Hollow City.

On the other side of the stairs is the portal to the "Snow Globe House" which is located in Eastmarch.
This exit of this house is right next to the quest giver for the "New Life" event which happens in December at the end of the calendar year.
Is is also close to a wayshrine and not to far from a thieves guild entrance should you wish to avoid guards.
